Subs Tracker
Subs Tracker is a simple app for keeping track of your subscriptions, recurring bills, and free trials, so you can see what you pay each month and what is due next.
Track manually, no account needed
- Add subscriptions and recurring bills with price, billing frequency and next due date.
- Track free trials with a countdown before they convert to paid.
- See your total monthly spend and upcoming payments.
- Manual tracking data is stored on your device. It is not synced across devices.
Optional: discover subscriptions from Gmail
- If you choose, sign in and connect Gmail with read-only access. Subs Tracker searches for billing emails from a list of supported services (for example streaming services).
- Gmail is the only supported email provider. Not every service or subscription can be detected, and prices are shown only when found in an email.
- Scans run only while you have the Discover page open and you start them. There is no background scanning.
- You review every match and choose Confirm before anything is added to your tracker.
- Use the same Google account to sign in to Subs Tracker as the Gmail mailbox you connect; a different mailbox will be rejected.
- You can disconnect Gmail at any time from the Discover page.
Privacy
Subs Tracker does not sell your data or use Gmail data for advertising or AI model training. Read the full Subs Tracker Privacy Policy to see exactly what is processed and stored.
